Required Information

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material removed as a result of a DMCA notice was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district
Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating accounts or blocking access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
